Sarah Harris will be running 2 groups every other Thursday & Saturday 10.00am -1.00pm starting on 17th January and then Saturday 26th January. They are FREE and funded by a community grant and open to everyone over 14yrs. Even if you are not planning to come tell a friend or neighbour.
